Dots n Lines v1.00(1) For S^3/Anna/Belle Signed / Qt. The goal is to add as many lines as possible.

Dots n Lines 

This is done by adding one point to create out of 5 points vertical, horizontal line or a line diagonally. The game ends after no more options.
